PlotPolice.com provides plot monitoring, physical inspection, documentation, and information services to property owners.

Our services are strictly limited to: (a) conducting physical visits to the registered plot, (b) documenting the current status of the plot through photos and GPS-tagged video, (c) checking publicly available legal records including Encumbrance Certificates (EC) and CERSAI registrations, and (d) reporting our findings to the registered plot owner.

PlotPolice does NOT provide legal representation, legal advice, law enforcement services, or any form of judicial or quasi-judicial action.

PlotPolice is a monitoring and reporting service. We are NOT a guarantor, insurer, or protector of your property in any legal or financial sense.

Our role is solely to visit, document, and inform. We will alert you of any observed encroachment, boundary violation, legal record discrepancy, or physical change to your plot. The responsibility for taking legal, physical, or administrative action in response to such information rests entirely with the property owner.

PlotPolice shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, encroachment, fraud, theft, illegal construction, or any other adverse event that occurs to a property under our monitoring. Our services reduce risk by providing timely information — they do not eliminate the risk or guarantee that no adverse event will occur.

Subscribing to any PlotPolice plan does not constitute a warranty, indemnity, or insurance policy of any kind.

All reports, EC checks, CERSAI checks, and market rate information provided by PlotPolice are based on data available from public registries and physical observation at the time of the visit. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of government records.

EC and CERSAI checks reflect the state of public records as of the date of the check. Fraudulent or delayed registrations not yet reflected in public records cannot be detected through these checks.

Market rate information is indicative only and sourced from publicly available data. It should not be relied upon as a professional property valuation.

PlotPolice agents conduct external perimeter inspections only. Our agents will not enter any structure without explicit permission and will not engage in any confrontation with persons found on or near the plot.

If encroachment or trespass is observed, our agent will document it and report to the owner immediately. PlotPolice agents are strictly prohibited from taking any physical action, issuing threats, or acting on behalf of the owner in any dispute.

Intervention in an ongoing encroachment — including verbal confrontation, eviction, or removal of objects — is outside the scope of PlotPolice services and must be pursued by the owner through appropriate legal authorities.

In the event that our monitoring identifies an encroachment, illegal construction, boundary violation, or document fraud, PlotPolice will provide the owner with all available documentation (photos, GPS-tagged video, EC/CERSAI records) to support legal proceedings.

Filing an FIR, approaching the revenue authority, initiating civil court proceedings, or taking any other legal action is entirely the owner's responsibility. PlotPolice may, at our discretion, facilitate connections to empanelled property lawyers (available with Platinum plan), but this does not constitute legal representation by PlotPolice.

PlotPolice documentation (GPS-tagged photos and video) may be used as evidence in legal proceedings. However, PlotPolice makes no guarantee regarding the admissibility or sufficiency of such evidence in any particular legal forum.

PlotPolice may facilitate connections to third-party service providers including property lawyers, fencing contractors, and debris removal services. PlotPolice is not responsible for the quality, conduct, or outcomes of services provided by any third-party vendor.

Any agreements entered into between the plot owner and a third-party vendor are solely between those two parties.

The 'Visit First, Pay Later' offer entitles the registered user to one initial free inspection visit before committing to a paid plan. If the user chooses to subscribe to a plan after the initial visit, the plan fee becomes payable in full.

The free initial visit is a courtesy service. PlotPolice reserves the right to limit or withdraw this offer at its discretion. The free visit does not constitute a binding contract for any ongoing service.

Plan fees are non-refundable after the paid plan visit has been conducted, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

PlotPolice collects personal information (name, phone, plot details) solely for the purpose of delivering our monitoring and reporting services. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to any third party except as required for service delivery or by law.

GPS coordinates, photos, and videos of plots are stored securely and shared only with the registered owner of that plot.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlotPolice's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total plan fee paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

PlotPolice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of property value, loss of rental income, legal costs, or any other financial loss arising from an encroachment or property-related event.

By subscribing to any PlotPolice service, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and all terms stated herein.

This disclaimer and all terms of service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from PlotPolice services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
